• Color Change Crayons
  Records of the maximum temperature the substrate has been exposed to, ensuring the material has been processed. Crayons cover a wide range of temperatures from 248 to 1112°F (120 to 600°C) with an accuracy of ±5°F/C. Apply to surface being tested—crayons change color within one to two seconds if object is within ±9°F (±5°C) of the temperature rating.

• Non-Reversible / Recorder
  Non-Reversible, also known as irreversible change state permanently. This section contains both ascending ( rising ) and descending ( falling ) temperature ranges. Our standard irreversible labels have a range from 84F to 554F they change state when the temperature rises. For items that must be kept cold we recommend the "Chill Checker" or "Monitor Mark" labels. They have ranges from -17F to 68F and they change state when the temperature rises. The Tempasure Descending Label has the ability to detect falling temperatures.
  
  
• Reversible
  Reversible temperature labels change state within the labels range - to provide an indication of the present temperature. Reversible Temperature Labels have a range from -30 to 248 F.
  
  
• Thermal Paints
  Measuring the temperature with Single Change or Multichange paint is a science in its own right. The changes in color are a function of time and temperature. Ranges from 219F to 2318F. Color changes occur after 5 minutes with accuracy of +/- 5%. It is usually best that you contact one of our technical engineers to discuss the application. With one glance, you or your customers can tell if your product has been shipped or stored in warmer-than-acceptable temperatures. The simple to understand color change showing "Breif" , "Moderate", or "Prolonged" can help identify temperature infractions.
