TIP TEMPerature Products is a distributor specializing in Temperature Alarms, Controls, Data Loggers and Sensors. We manufacture and offer many products, including a wide range of technical services.

Description:

Sales of Temperature measurement, control, alarm and recording products to a wide range of industries. The Inside Sales Associate is our principal interface with the client. He/She handles incoming phone calls from clients, seeking to meet their needs in every way possible.

Activities include:

Solve application or service issue with client

Recommend and quote appropriate products

Follow up on quotes and orders

Coordinate with Outside Sales staff for customer support

Requirements:
The desired candidate will have a technical background, and over 3 years of sales experience, understanding of thermodynamics, and experience with instrumentation and controls. He/she can project a warm, friendly personality over the telephone, has a passion for customer service, and will have demonstrated success in similar positions.

Skills will include understanding of thermodynamics, data logging systems, familiarity with a wide range of sensors and general computer literacy.
