Carbon Monoxide USB Data Logger and Audible Alarm
Carbon Monoxide (CO) is a poisonous gas, both odorless and colorless, found anywhere from construction sites and furnace rooms to office blocks and homes. TIPTEMP's data logger monitors and records CO levels in an environment over a period of time, helping users to determine where and when CO levels peak and allowing corrective action to be carried out.
The LASREC005 stores over 32,000 readings and can record CO levels from 0 to 1000 ppm. Setup of the data logger is done using the supplied software. Assign the logger a name and choose a sample rate (from a choice of once every: 10 secs, 30 secs, 1 mins, 5 mins). The unit's bright red LED will flash and an optional buzzer can sound if the user presets a high level warning alarm.
When data logging is complete, re-insert the logger into the computer USB port. Data is downloaded using the EL-USB software and is saved in a .txt file. This can be viewed as a graph within the software or exported to a spreadsheet software package for further analysis.
