The Guardian Thermometer is delivered in working order with year, date and recipient's local time set. It is pre-programmed to monitor a refrigerator. (It's most popular use) Recording interval is set to 100 Hours in loop mode. This means the Guardian will continuously display the current temperature and record the minimum and maximum temperature it experiences each hour for 100 hours and loop. Making this ideal for looking back in time to see temperature readings after work hours and over the weekend. You can also change the programming to record the min / max temperature each day or each minute.
