Thermometer with Timer and Audible Alarm

This thermometer is ideal for use in foods, soils, cuvets, water baths, wastewater, and incubators.Thermometer monitors temperature around the clock. Single battery runs continuously for 1 year. One-half-inch high display is readable from 10 feet. Thermometer automatically "watches" solutions. Both a high and low alarm may be programmed in 1° increments. When temperature rises above or falls below set points, a 1-minute audible alarm signals an out-of-range condition. Alarm automatically resets when temperature returns to "in-range" reading. Alarm mode may be switched off when not required. Timer counts down from 99 hours, 59 minutes and may be set 1-minute increments. When zero is reached, a 1-minute alarm sounds, and "TIMER" flashes until a button is pressed.

Comply with US FDA regulations which specify that once food has cooled to temperatures below +60°C / 140°F, it must be cooled down to below +5°C / 40°F within six hours.
