This is a document included with your thermometer / data logger stating the instrument has been tested at -4°F (-20°C) with NIST Traceable equipment and meets the published specification for accuracy based on the Sensor or Equipment under test. We report the results as PASS / FAIL. Please speak with a Thermal Advisor if you wish us to report the detailed findings.
