AZ Hydrogen Flame Generator MG-150
Arizona Hydrogen Fire from water!Electric current is applied to holding tank of water and electrolyte, where it converts the water to hydrogen gas and oxygen gas. The gases pass through a small hose to a torch. When lit, the gas produces a high-temperature, precise hydrogen flame. Just add distilled water for the next 2000 hours of operation.
WARRANTY: The machine is warranted for 1 year, however Shipping and Handling charges are the responsiblity of the customer. TIP reserves the right to inspect any machine prior to warranty repairs.
PLEASE NOTE (For US Clients only): The unit may be returned if the customer has not used the machine within 30 days of receipt. However, a 25% restocking fee will apply and all shipping & handling charges must be paid by the customer. A thorough inspection is performed prior to issuing credit making sure the machine has not been operated. Adding fluids to the machine will void the return.

- Add distilled water to generator tank daily BEFORE start up.
- Add booster fuel (methanol) to booster daily BEFORE start up.
- Exercise filler cap riser piston twice a week BEFORE start up.
- Clean booster out weekly.
- Clean or change filter element monthly.
- Lubricate filler cap riser piston cylinder walls monthly with a very thin film of silicone grease. This will also lubricate the O-ring.
- Change filter gaskets, filler cap gasket, and booster cap gasket semi-annually.
- Send equipment TIPTEMP for safety inspection, cleanout, hose and gasket replacement and test running every 18 months or 2,000 hours use, whichever shall first occur, or sooner if an operational problem should develop.
