Meets regulatory requirements for accuracy and capturing MIN / MAX values each day. This feature will keep track of the highest and lowest temperature the instrument has seen since it was last reset. ( To reset values simply hold the Min or Max buttons for 5 seconds )
For Refrigerator or Freezer choose the Plastic Vial below to buffer temperature response. Also recommended is the Thermal Foil Tape.
