Label shows three temps each temp will light up and change to RED as the corresponding temperature is reached.
ie: If temp is 95°F Black circle changes to RED above 100°F
If temp is 150°F Black circle changes to RED above 100°F and 150°F
If temp is 165°F Black circle changes to RED above 100°F, 150°F and 170°F
When the label cools down below each trigger point, the RED DOT will change back to BLACK repeatedly.

If temp is 165°F Black circle changes to RED above 100°F, 150°F and 170°F
