⬜⬛ SMART QR WarmMark TTI 46°F
The SMART QR WarmMark® is a hand-activated, single-use time-temperature indicator designed to monitor unacceptable temperature exposure above 46°F (8°C) during shipping, storage, and handling.
Once manually activated, the indicator begins monitoring the product or shipment. If the temperature rises above 46°F (8°C), the indicator progressively changes from white toward pink/red based on the accumulated time above the temperature threshold. It can indicate up to 8 hours of cumulative exposure above 46°F (8°C).
The 8-hour rating refers to the exposure-tracking range. It does not mean the indicator is only usable for eight hours after activation.
The integrated SMART QR feature allows personnel to scan the indicator with a compatible smartphone to associate sensor information with time, date, location, and serial number, supporting shipment documentation and quality review.

WarmMark® QR provides visual and digital evidence to support cold-chain monitoring, shipment investigations, and quality programs. The indicator must be manually activated before use and tracks accumulated exposure above 46°F (8°C) for up to 8 hours. The 8-hour rating is the exposure-tracking range and does not mean the indicator expires eight hours after activation. Confirm that the temperature threshold and exposure duration are appropriate for the product being monitored.
Arming & Use:
1. *The WarmMark breach window should be white prior to arming the device.
2. Before arming, the WarmMark indicator should be placed in an environment at least 5°C (9°F) below the WarmMark’s activation threshold temperature for a minimum of 30 minutes. (For WarmMark Duo, the indicator should be at least 5°C (9°F) or cooler for a minimum of 30 minutes.)
3. Recipient scans QR code with smart phone to access condition information
4. Real-time scan data is sent to the cloud for shipper review
