Freeze Warn III Light System has an adjustable thermostat. Upon setting the thermostat at the desired activation temperature, it can be placed up to (15) feet from the signal head via a wire cable, to monitor the room temperature. The FREALM003 is visible from only one side and is powered by 2 D-cell (included) batteries and consists of a flashing signal that can be seen from a much greater distance (up to 1/2 mile).
