The HiTemp140 is a rugged, high-performance temperature data logger designed for accurate monitoring in demanding environments. Featuring a fully submersible stainless steel construction, it is ideal for pharmaceutical, food processing, and industrial manufacturing applications where reliability and precision are critical. The logger measures temperatures from -40ยฐC to 140ยฐC (-40ยฐF to 284ยฐF) and can be used with thermal barriers to support applications up to 250ยฐC (482ยฐF). With a variety of probe configurations available, the HiTemp140 can be tailored to fit specific monitoring requirements. Its large memory stores up to 32,256 time- and date-stamped readings, enabling extended data collection without interruption. Providing graphical, tabular and summary data for analysis and can be viewed in ยฐC, ยฐF, K or ยฐR. The data can also be automatically exported to Excelยฎ for further calculations. Compatible with MadgeTech 4 Software, the HiTemp140 provides an easy-to-use solution for setup, data management, reporting, and analysis.

Notice: Steam Sterilization Applications
The pervasive nature of pressurized steam creates a very difficult environment for electronics.
Please refer to the following preventative maintenance procedure when using this device in steam sterilization applications.
Additionally, this device is not ideal for steam sterilization applications above 121 ยฐC/1.1 bar.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
After every 3 hours of steam exposure:
1) Remove the endcap and battery from the device (ref. battery change procedure on Product User Guide)
2) Place open logger (minus battery) in an oven at 120ยฐC (250ยฐF) for a minimum of 30 minutes
3) Remove logger from oven and allow to cool to room temp
4) Re-assemble the logger with the battery (note polarity) and endcap
