The TTI Electronic Freeze Alarmis a compact, battery-powered time-temperature indicator designed to detect freezing conditions during storage, transportation, and distribution of temperature-sensitive products.
The device monitors exposure to temperatures below 32°F (0°C)and provides two LED alarm stages. The first LED indicates 30 minutes of freezing exposure, while the second indicates 60 minutes, helping personnel identify the duration of potentially damaging cold conditions.
Its self-adhesive backing allows easy attachment to packages, containers, and equipment. The internal thermistor and non-replaceable battery provide standalone monitoring without external power or additional wiring.

This single-use electronic indicator provides LED notification of freezing exposure based on preset time-temperature thresholds. It does not prevent freezing or provide a downloadable temperature history. Confirm alarm settings, activation procedures, and suitability for the monitored product before use.

How to use
- To activate, press and hold the button for >3.5 seconds until the green ‘Power on’ LED flashes 3 times.
- Once the indicator has been activated, the "Power On" LED will flash every 8 seconds.
- The device starts monitoring temperature after the 30-minute start delay.
- If no temperature breach has occurred, the green ‘Power on’ LED will flash.
- When the temperature drops below 0°C for more than 30 minutes single event the red ’30 minute’ LED will flash.
- When the temperature drops below 0°C for more than 60 minutes single event, the red ’60 minute’ LED will flash.
