Type T Thermocouple(Copper + / Constantan – ) T is a narrow range and high accuracy thermocouple wire. It’s popular with scientific and medical temperature monitoring installations . It's accuracy ±1°C / 2°F for standard limits and ±0.5°C / 1°F for special limits, and has a temperature range -330°F ~ 662°F (-200°C ~ 350°C) depending on wire gauge size. Be careful of the Copper leg because its alloy will oxidize.

Note: RED is always Negative "–" in the thermocouple world!

Thermocouple GRADE Wire is recommended for measuring process temperature. T Thermocouple Grade wire always has a BROWN jacket ( Teflon or Fiberglass ) with Blue + and Red – conductors. This wire is available in standard limits ±1°C or Special Limits ±0.5°C. Most wire in this section is Standard. Please contact a Thermal Advisor to request Special Limits

Thermocouple EXTENSION Wire is used to connect Thermocouples to Instrumentation. It's accuracy is guaranteed over a limited temperature range. ( -40 ~ 221°F / -40 ~ 105°C ) Type T Extension Grade Wire always has a BLUE PVC jacket with
